A. When you call to schedule a same-day service call we will give you a 2-3 hour window during which our technician will arrive to make repairs. Because repair work can take longer than anticipated, we make sure that each technician has enough time to properly finish one job before going on to the next. And, our repairman will call a quarter of an hour before his arrival at your residence.
